1.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and maintain an account on dbd222, you must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during all subsequent use of the platform. By completing registration, you warrant that both conditions are met and that you will continue to meet them throughout the lifetime of your account.

dbd222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, including forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

1.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number as registered with your chosen payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account on dbd222. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dbd222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold all balances pending investigation.

• A match must commence for pre-match bets to stand. Where a match is abandoned before the minimum overs required (as per the relevant governing body's playing conditions), all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

dbd222 may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, dbd222 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the platform or by email to the address on record. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10.2 Account Suspension and Termination

dbd222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via their last-used payment method.

10.3 User-Initiated Account Closure

You may request closure of your dbd222 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing closure, dbd222 will verify your identity and ensure that all pending bets and bonus wagering requirements have been settled. Any remaining real-money balance after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures will be paid out via your last-used payment method within five (5) business days of the verified closure request.
